Dunelm HQ, Leicester
The panels were manufactured using two contrasting mix designs. One utilised a black granite aggregate and the other a special mix incorporating Limestone aggregate and Spanish Dolomite fines with white cement. The units were supplied complete with insulation, fire stopping and incorporated all necessary stainless steel fixings to the main structure.
Drift Park, Rhyl
The largest units weighed over 12 tonnes and formed the dividing walls to the new theatre area. Artworks, waterjets, lighting conduit and text were all co-ordinated and incorporated into the design.

The position of the projecting rebar links was critical to ensure the units fitted on site and avoided any clashes with pre welded shear studs.
