Phase 2 of the Gascoigne Estate regeneration project, led by the London borough and EAST THAMES GROUP LIMITED, recently completed.
The full redevelopment of Gascoigne Estate in Barking, UK includes over 1,500 new homes and education, office, community, commercial and medical space.
The Evans team completed play walls, seating and stepping stones for the project.
Overall the redevelopment is better designed, safer, and improves the borough’s image, thus creating a more desirable place to live.
