Battersea Power Station Phase 3B

Evans by Shay Murtagh, in collaboration with our sister company Evans Concrete Products Ltd, is thrilled to have played a pivotal role in the revitalization of the iconic Battersea Power Station. This project has not only transformed a historic London landmark but also created a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood, blending the past with the present.

Awarded the Phase 3B project by Maylim, Evans Concrete Products Ltd crafted bespoke concrete planters for the Electric Boulevard area, continuing our earlier work from Phase 3A for The Carey Group. These concrete planters, designed in collaboration with Maylim and LDA Design, come in eight different types, each manufactured using bespoke moulds to achieve the desired curved and profiled shapes.

The architectural mix used for these concrete planters, with an acid-etched finish, seamlessly complements the diverse materials in this area of the project. This choice of material not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also ensures durability and longevity.

The shops inside the Power Station are open from 10 am to 9 pm Monday to Saturday and 12 pm to 6 pm on Sunday, with cafes, bars, restaurants, Lift 109, and the Cinema often open earlier and later. This ensures that the Power Station caters to a wide range of schedules and preferences.

Being a part of such an iconic development project is a matter of pride for Evans by Shay Murtagh. Our work at Battersea Power Station Phase 3B exemplifies our commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative precast concrete solutions, contributing to the transformation of one of London's most beloved landmarks -more details here.

We're proud to be a part of such an iconic development project.
