Evans Concrete have been contracted by Telford Homes to design, manufacture and install precast concrete units for their project at Rotherhithe New Road, London, UK.
This landmark development consists of a varying range of residential property arranged across an 18-storey tower and contemporary lower rise 6-story building. This area is located above a Primary School and Sixth Form academy.
We produced 75 precast concrete panels forming a boundary wall to the mixed-use development. This job is currently live, with phase one and phase two complete. The following phases, three and four, are to follow later this year.
