Bespoke precast concrete specialists Evans Concrete Products Ltd are down to the last three for the 2015 Excellence in Manufacturing Award.
The Derby Telegraph Business Awards aim to celebrate success, recognise achievement and highlight the innovative people and companies in Derbyshire who are putting the region on the map by boosting the economy while making a positive contribution to the local community.
The Excellence in Manufacturing Award “celebrates the company that has upheld the manufacturing traditions of the local area, while continuing to strengthen the regional economy.”
Recent contract wins totalling in excess of £3.5m as part of Crossrail as well as Cheltenham Racecourse, London Dock and Chelsea Creek have positioned Evans as a major specialist façade contractor in the UK. This has been followed by major investment in new equipment and staff.
Evans Concrete designs, supplies and installs a wide range of bespoke precast concrete products, ranging from cladding panels for building facades to parapets, bridges, retaining walls and public art projects.
The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on 24th June at The Roundhouse in Derby.
