Andy has worked at Evans Concrete for 3 years, joining as a Contracts Manager specialising in precast facades. He has over 15 years’ experience in architectural precast concrete and enjoys overseeing projects from concept to completion. Outside of work Andy enjoys family time, following Leicester City and road biking.

Stuart is responsible for the overall financial management and success of our company project portfolio. He achieves this through involvement and offering guidance to clients from tender through to final account.
Peter is the initial point of contact for enquiries from clients. He establishes the client’s requirements and works with the Estimating team to ensure that their needs are met throughout the tendering process from initial enquiry to award and completion. He works comprehensively to build strong relationships based on informed and transparent communication with clients.

Matt is responsible for managing client accounts to ensure the highest level of service is maintained throughout every project. He supports both the commercial and design teams, providing assistance from early design meetings to technical and programme advice.

Rob monitors financial performance of subcontracts, securing variations and applications for payment, as well as ensuring maximum cost efficiency on each project. He is also responsible for placing and managing sub-subcontracts.
Robert manages multiple projects from handover through fabrication, delivery and installation to successful completion. He works closely with the production team to ensure each unit is produced in a timely manner to the highest standards, while maintaining transparent communication with clients at all project stages. He is also responsible for the efficient delivery and smooth installation and completion of each project.

As a contracts manager Tom is responsible for the organisation and control of the design, manufacture and subcontract labour on various bespoke precast concrete projects. This is from receipt of the order through to handover. Working for and alongside clients such as St George, Osbornes and Stepnell on large architectural cladding projects and ensuring these projects are delivered within budget and on programme. Tom also schedules work into the factory through a works order system, ensuring all revisions to drawings / production information are picked up and implemented accordingly. His responsibilities extend to supervision of all new and ongoing contracts through regular site visits and meetings, resolving any issues that arise on site.
Kevin joined Evans in June 2016 as Contracts Manager. Currently he is looking after the Crossrail contract at Whitechapel Station, where we are supplying & installing architectural cladding panels with bespoke Bellwave pattern finish. He is also involved in various hard landscaping contracts, including Greenwich Peninsular & Sheffield University.

Design and Production
Ian has almost 3 decades of experience using CAD software to design & manufacture pre-fabricated concrete elements. He works diligently to the client’s requirement, issuing design information and drawings in a timely manner. He takes into account lead times and resource availability to achieved on time manufacture and site delivery.

Michael has a broad background in structural engineering having worked for local and international engineering consultancies. A qualified engineer, he provides structural engineering solutions for projects covering multiple market sectors. From enquiry stage through to the design and overseeing the detailing of complex precast concrete structures and facades, he provides support to all key functions of Evans Concrete Products.
Aaron started working at Evans Concrete Products March 2010, originally starting out as a Joiner and working his way up to his current position. He oversees every operation on site and manages the day to day running, from production to employees, and general site requirements.

Natalie started at Evans Concrete Products in November 2015. She builds and maintains the programme for upcoming and current contracts. She tracks and records cast, delivered and installed progress. She orders moulds and rebar for all of our contracts. She also issues, manages and maintains the correct paperwork to production.

Quality and Logistics
I have worked in Precast concrete since leaving college in 93, employed for eleven years as CAD draughtsman. After joining Evans in 2004 I have gained valuable experience in contracts management, planning, production and quality control. I work closely with all departments/ clients/ professional bodies to ensure our products meet the required specification and architectural requirements by developing project specific inspection & test plans and maintaining control of all production operations.

Jamie is responsible for all pre-pour and post-strike checks of the units, making sure that they all meet the customer’s specification and are all within the correct tolerance. He also Schmidt tests the units to make sure they are strong enough to demould, and inputs the production data for every unit we cast, providing Evans with the traceability we require for our product.
In the industry since 2010, Marc started with Evans Concrete Products in January 2016, designing bespoke concrete mixes for the various different requirements of our customers. He works with both quality and production team members, ensuring that the specification requirements for each project are met.

John started working at Evans Concrete Products June 2010 as Yard Foreman. He took on the Logistics Manager role September 2016 and now manages the yard and finishing team as well as all deliveries made to satisfy our contracts. He has worked in the precast industry for almost 30 years working in many roles and responsibilities.

Health, Safety and Environmental
Darren began life at Evans Concrete in January 2015 as the SHEQ Manager to design, develop, implement and maintain the health, safety, environmental along with the current quality management systems. Under Darren’s guidance Evans Concrete Products successfully received accreditation to Environmental Standard ISO14001 and Health and Safety standard OHSAS18001 along with the continued certification to Quality standard ISO9001. Darren has been a proactive health, safety and environmental practitioner for over 10 years with experience in manufacturing, quarrying and pharmaceutical industries.

Amanda is the Financial Controller, leading and developing the team to deliver management accounts. Working with her team, she delivers all financial responsibilities, including: Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll. She also manages Admin, External Reporting, HR and IT.

Helen joined Evans Concrete Products in 2009 as an Accounts Administrator. She deals with the processing of payments for accounts receivable and payable. She also purchases stationary and general consumables and supports payroll.
Davina joined Evans Concrete Products in 2000. She is a member of our busy Finance Team: processing payroll, expenses and payments. She also covers many of Evans’ Administration needs.
Lisa Joined Evans Concrete Products in February 2016 as an Accounts Administrator. Her role has since developed to include providing Administrative Support to the Estimating Team.
